[There are no fireflies in this Jungleswamp]

Beautiful color palette. The changes in the colors and lighting on the foliage creates depth in a way establishes the large scale of this jungle swamp. The little wizard disturbed the water’s surface, breaking up the reflection of the full moon. I hope they find those fireflies someday.

[Pop Art Study]

By any chance, was this inspired by Andy Warhol’s work? The lips stand out, being the only area that that has a highlight rather than halftone shading (is that what this is called? I forget 😅). It looks like really nice, glossy lipstick.

A mix of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein (and a few other people) actually! I had to do some style studies for school and those are the biggest names with pop art so they come up a lot! I'm not sure what it's called either lol, I usually just call it tones cause I think they're called screen-tones when applied to printed manga ^^

Description checks out. Absolutely terrifying! Might show up in my nightmares. I read “Building” as ‘the structure’ rather than ‘the process of assembly.’ Now I can’t shake the notion that this thing is five-stories tall.

Super awesome! The light on Torture’s nails and the shading on his face are satisfying. The composition is great and the tiny corner Auditor makes it feel like a panel from a comic (which I would totally read).
